Christmas Eve we had a lovely candlelight dinner. And it wasn't because we lost electricity. Christmas dishes, candles, everything. It was really pretty. Christmas Day we didn't get to Sharon sister, Ruth. The roads appeared to be very bad. Donna's kids surprised her and showed up on Christmas. They made it on the roads but not sure how. Something was said about one plowing the way for the other but who knows?
Sharon's sister and her family. Handsome group, aren't they.
On Saturday, we were to go to Sharon's brother, Verle for her family Christmas. We couldn't get out. Something to do with the 30 mph winds over night. The snow plow (maintainer) came by about 3:30 pm on Saturday. Finally, we could get out. We picked up Sharon's mom and went out for pizza. I think Donna was greatful she didn't need to cook. Not that we were getting on their nerves. We were only there since Tuesday afternoon.
We had a nice visit with Sharon's mom. The next day we did get to Verle's. That in itself will be another post.
